*The fees identified above for variance, conditional uses and curative amendment shall also include, in addition to the basic application fees cited above, reimbursement for hearing advertising costs, stenographic costs and any non-legal professional consulting fees incurred by the Township to review applications, attend meetings and prepare and present reports. The Board of Supervisors may also require be provided by any applicant for escrow for purposes of covering these costs, unused amounts of which shall be returned to the applicant upon final Township decision with respect to the application.
